Horsemen's Association Liability Insurance Program has been designed
to Protect Your Club as a Group from Event Spectators and the
Public!
Our
Spectator Liability Insurance covers the legal defense cost when
a lawsuit is made against your organization whether it be justified
or unjustified. If it is found that your club/organization is
responsible for an injury or property damage, it covers the payment
for those claims, settlements and judgments, less the deductible.
What the Liability insurance excludes are injuries and property
damage to participants, members and volunteers. It also does not
provide coverage for club members that cause injury or property
damage to another club member. Each member should have their own
medical and personal liability insurance. |

HORSE CLUB / ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Prices starting at $700 per calendar year
The Horse Club Membership Spectator Liability Program provides spectator/premises liability insurance coverage for your organization under the NHA master policy. Our insurance program provides a $1,000,000 occurrence and a $1,000,000 association aggregate with a $2,500 deductible for all types of Equine events from rodeos, trail rides and roping to barrel racing and horse shows. All events and shows needing coverage must be scheduled with the National Horsemen's Association. Annual membership dues for clubs are $700.00 per calendar year. This price includes your first 6 events (each additional event $100). Additional insureds can be added for a charge of $75.00. Rodeos and Bucking club membership dues are $900.00 per calendar year. This price includes your first 3 events free (each additional event $200).
